About these terms
These terms apply to your use of lntfabinfotech.co.in and to services provided by LNT FAB (“LNT FAB Infotech”, “we”, “us”), a proprietorship owned by ITALIYA ARSHITKUMAR JITUBHAI, GSTIN 24AFDPI4006G1Z2, 4th Floor, C/402, Apple Heights, Opp. Panvel Point, Mota Varachha, Surat, Gujarat 394101.
Proposals and scope
Every project is governed by a written proposal or statement of work. Where that document differs from these terms, the proposal applies.
Payments and taxes
Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST, which is charged at the applicable rate on every tax invoice. Milestone payments are due within 7 days of invoice unless agreed otherwise.
Ownership
On full payment, you own the custom code, designs and content created for you. Third-party software, fonts and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
Warranty and support
We fix defects reported within 30 days of launch at no charge. Ongoing support and changes are available under a separate maintenance plan.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Surat, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
